KNOWLEDGE OF CHINESE MEDICINE
These courses are suitable for practitioners
with a basic understanding of Chinese medicine,
for
example:
- Acupuncture practitioners with no prior
training in Western or Chinese herbal medicine
- Practitioners
of Chinese herb medicine who wish to incorporate
Western herbs into their
practice
- Doctors, naturopaths, or Western
phytotherapists with basic training in Chinese
medicine, including
knowledge of Chinese organ syndromes

- These workshops are about Western herbs
The emphasis in these workshops is on
using and combining Western herbs according
to the new integrated system of Chinese medicine,
Western herbal tradition, and modern pharmacology
- Not about mixing Western and Chinese
herbs

Western and Chinese herbs in the same combination,
although Chinese herbs appear in some of the
combinations
